We are SENA learners, Project Formulation Technologist.

The formulation of a project is a creative process that is essentially organized in a series of actions and activities to be performed based on a problem that affects an individual or community, which aims to provide alternative solutions or decrease to the problem.

A project formulator is a person who is in the ability to analyze the feasibility of a business idea whatever its nature.It also proposes alternative solutions that contribute to achieving the objectives and making decisions assertively taking into account the planning, organization, execution and control based on the diagnoses made.

                                               
PROFILE TECHNOLOGISTS IN PROJECT FORMULATION 

SENA designed the training program in Project Development Technologists in order to form new human talent proactive, investigative, analytical, creative and innovative problem solver, able  to handle situations effectively and promote tools in organizations where project development play an important part of organizational culture, to make them more competitive.





Occupations that may perform:
 Administrative Assistants
 Professionals in organization and administration of companies.




¿WHAT IS A PROJECT?

A project is a plan that consists of a set of activities that are interrelated and coordinated; the reason for a project is to achieve specific objectives within the limits imposed by a budget, set previously defined qualities. Project           management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to  project activities to meet project requirements.

A project is an undertaking that takes place during a limited time and aims to achieve a single outcome. Is a response to a need, in line with the vision of the organization although it may deviate depending on the interest.
The project ends when the desired result is obtained, the initial need disappears, or depleted resources.

With the completion of our project, Papagayo Tours, we will introduce our visitors to scenic spots in the Sub-region of Uraba, such as the sea and its beaches, its fertile land, the exuberance of banana production and proximity to the sea to export their products.
